RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply notify me and I will be happy to work with you to resolve any problem.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact me asap. I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.

NON-DAMAGED ITEMS
Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping. Purchase price will be refunded within 10 days of my receipt of item(s) back in good/unused condition.

CUSTOMS FEES
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United Kingdom.

LOST PACKAGES
If you believe your package has been lost in the mail please contact me asap so we can start attempting to track it down.

Please allow 15 days for most domestic packages to be received and 45 days for international packages.
