Update & Ravelry Sale

I thought I'd better give you a quick update to let you know where I am.

I'm still here working away in the background try to meet my self imposed deadline for my new book (Bert's Crochet Baby Blankets) and when I"m not working on the book I'm looking after Bert.

The book is kind of on schedule, I've written 6 out of 8 patterns and taken most of the photo's, I still have 2 patterns left to write and the arty photo shots of babies and blankets to do, I've taken quite a few baby/blanket shots already but so far I only have a couple that might be usable, remember the old adage "never work with children and animals.........."

I still have 7 weeks left, so fingers crossed I make my deadline :-)

This is the potential cover shot, I decided not to put Bert on the cover as not everyone has a baby, but he on the title page.

Onto the Ravelry sale.

I won't be able to do the Indie designer gift-a-long this year as I'm so busy with the book, so I thought you'd like a treat anyway.
